Training Plans and Calendars!
When it comes to mastering skills, consistent practice is key, and now, with Aiming.pro, we've made it even easier. We're thrilled to introduce Training Plans.
Our latest features not only provide the structure you need for systematic practice but also include tools that keep you on track.
Aiming.pro has always been recognized as the ultimate tool for serious aim trainers, and we're now excited to present the newest additions to your arsenal – Training Plans and Calendars! Let's explore how these innovations can revolutionize your training journey.
Why do I need this?
The path to improvement and personal growth is a long-term journey. It begins with a surge of enthusiasm and drive, which for some, may dwindle once the initial excitement subsides. Continual training is key to progress, even on days when motivation wanes. That's where our Training Plans come in handy. Instead of pondering, "Should I train today? Perhaps later." or "What should I train on today? Maybe nothing," you'll have a ready-made training plan. It's all laid out: your workout for the day, just follow it. No procrastination, no indecision.
How does Aiming.pro generate a plan for me?
Step one - define your goal. It’s really important to know what you’re working towards!
To achieve your goal you’ll need to work on:
- Specific techniques
- Skills
- Theory
We check your training availability as per your selections on the screen shown below
Your performance is analysed to see where your strengths and weaknesses are. Using a selection of heuristics a training plan outline is generated to cover various types of workouts for your hardcore techniques and skills training. Then the theoretical side is covered with workshops. Training sessions are scheduled as per your training availability inputs and the sessions are ordered to give you the greatest chance of success.
Luckily you don’t need to worry about any of that. Click the button and you’ll have a fully developed training plan. All you have to do now is follow it!
What else is new?
A crucial part of any training plan is the calendar & scheduling functionality. As an offshoot of the project you can schedule in your own future training activities in this super easy to use calendar. Nice!
Even nicer is that any activity you do on Aiming.pro will be recorded in your calendar so you’ll have a fantastic view of all the hard work you’ve doing.
Notifications - sometimes people need a little prod to remember their training. We’ve developed a whole notification system so you can be reminded on Discord, on-site or email (entirely your choice) that you’ve got a session lined up - awesome!
Remind me what other training best practices Aiming.pro follow
- AI Workouts - Next level playlists. Rather than a random set of drills, a workout is carefully structured starting with core skills, ramp up, overload and finally a session on your objective drill. Each of these has a target score to achieve - Each exercise has a purpose which is sorely missed if you’re just going through the motions on a playlist.
- Workshops - Take a step back from the gaming environment and learn the theory. Workshops are a wonderful blend of text, video and image content with sets of practice drills to focus in on new techniques.
- Trainers & Assessments - Breaking down skills into easy to manage chunks is crucial for efficient training. We’ve got a whole setup of assessments, split into sub-areas, each supported by core skills drills.
- Stats - You need to be able to see your performance improvement over time, otherwise you don’t know if what you’re doing is working. Aiming.pro is built around data, letting you gain insights into your performance and motivate yourself to continue.
What’s next?
The introduction of training plans has added a huge new set of possibilities for Aiming.pro. We wanted to get the core features out to you as soon as possible. So that’s what we’ve done. Now we plan to spend a bit of time cleaning up the site structure and navigation to ensure you can get to where you want to be as easily as possible.
So expect a few changes to the site layout in the near future!
