Mouse Skip Bug

Please note this bug is no longer an issue as Chromium browsers have been fixed

Chromium has a bug which causes random skips. The cursor will suddenly jump a huge distance in a single frame.

Chromium powers Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera, so this issue will affect all of them

In game fix

The easiest fix is to enable the mouse skip filter via the game menu:

This works by ignoring any single frame where the mouse moves a great distance.

The drawback to this is if you are using a low sensitivity you might intentionally make gigantic mouse movements which the game will filter out. Most players will be fine in this regard though.

Fix it in Browser settings

The best fix is to edit your browser preferences to enable the game to use raw mouse input. Switch 'chrome' to your browser in the instructions below or search for how to edit your browser flags

• Go to chrome://flags/#enable-pointer-lock-options
• Change this to enabled and restart Chrome.
